[摘要] 社会退缩幼儿是幼儿园里被教师、同伴忽视的群体。退缩行为是一种问题行为。本研究是在国内外社会退缩研究的最新成果的基础上,运用观察、访谈等方法,对个案幼儿进行了两个月的跟踪研究。通过收集、记录资料,揭示了个案幼儿一日生活中各个环节的行为表现,然后分析其行为背后的原因,并针对性地提出改善措施。

[Abstract] Social withdrawal children are a group neglected by teachers and partners in kindergartens. Withdrawal action is of question. In this study, on the basis of the latest achievements in the domestic and international social withdrawal, using methods such as observation, interviews, case children were two months of follow-up study. Through the collection, recording data, evealing the behavior of each link in the cases of children daily life, and then analyze the reasons behind their behavior, and the proposed improvements.

研究缘起
在幼儿园实习期间,我发现班级里有个名为彬彬的小男孩,他性格内向、沉默寡言,从不主动与人交往。每天晨间活动时总可以看到他独自搭积木的身影。当其他幼儿兴高采烈地在户外玩耍时,他往往在旁边默默的观望,眼里流露出羡慕的神情,当教师让他加入同伴共同游戏时,他却不知所措了。其实,在幼儿园里有很多像彬彬一样主动远离同伴的幼儿,他们长时间的沉默寡言、不愿与别人交往,更不愿融入陌生的环境。这种行为如果没有得到及时纠正,就容易发展成为社会交往敏感,甚至社会交往恐惧症。长期下去不利于幼儿的健康成长,因此,我们就有必要关注学前儿童社交退缩性行为,并及早采取预防纠正措施。
