中文摘要通过对党的十八大报告的研读得知我国发展仍处于重要战略机遇期，我们必须很好的抓住这个机遇期，确保到2020年实现全面建成小康社会这个宏伟目标。回顾过去，全面建设小康社会的成就斐然，展望未来，我们面临要全面建成小康社会关键时期，能否顺利完成全面建成小康社会将直接影响我国现代化进程。本文从理论层面上，通过对全面建成小康社会历史演进过程中不同时期、不同对象、不同内容进行论述研究，有助于细化和丰富全面建成小康社会的理论体系；从实践层面上，通过对全面建成小康社会的主要问题进行分析并提出解决的现实途径，可以为全面建成小康社会的进程中提供些许建议和理论借鉴，进而更好地推进现代化进程的步伐。本文从分析全面建成小康社会的历史演进入手，对全面建成小康社会的主要问题进行分析并提出相应的解决路径，其主体内容有以下三部分组成：第一部分，对全面建成小康社会的基本内涵及其现实要求进行概述，阐述不同时期对小康思想的理解，并研究总结小康社会的基本特征，结合我国的国情提出全面建成小康社会的必要性和重要性。本文通过参考大量文献、书籍，总结、归纳出全面建成小康社会历史演进进程中阶段及具体时间的划分，并对全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标及价值取向的变化进行总结，使其形成一个鲜明的脉络体系，对之后研究做好铺垫。
