1 摘要 目前,习近平总书记大力提倡弘扬中华优秀传统文化,他说:“培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观必须立足中华优秀传统文化。牢固的核心价值观,都有其固有的根本。抛弃传统、丢掉根本,就等于割断了自己的精神命脉。” 在传统文化的重要地位被重新认识的今天,国学教育也随之广泛开展。中小学加入了国学校本课,幼儿园在“国学教育,应从娃娃抓起”的理念下,也兴起了学国学的热潮。孩人们对幼儿园教育的关注转移到了对幼儿园教育质量的关注,在此背景下,结合前人研究对幼儿园国学教育的概念进行了梳理,采用调查问卷等方式,围绕幼儿园国学教育的开展情况、幼儿教师的专业素养情况以及教育条件支持情况三个方面展开分析。发现幼儿园的国学教育存在教师认知偏差、教材不完善和活动实施存在形式主义三大问题,剖析了存在的问题,主要是由教师专业素养欠缺、师资培养欠缺和相关资源支持不足三个原因造成。针对问题和原因从加强教师专业素养培养、开发教材和人文支持三个层面给出建议与对策,帮助幼儿教师更好的开展国学教育工作,同时也能帮助幼儿正确认识到国学经典和中华传统文化。 关键词:幼儿园;国学教育;教育活动Abstract At present, general secretary Xi Jinping strongly advocates carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture. He said: "fostering and developing the socialist core values must be based on the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Solid core values have their inherent roots. To abandon the tradition and the root is to cut off one's own spiritual lifeline. " Today, when the important position of traditional culture has been re recognized, Chinese culture education has also been widely carried out. Primary and secondary schools have joined the national school curriculum, and kindergartens have also risen the upsurge of learning Chinese culture under the concept of "Chinese culture education should start with children". Children's attention to kindergarten education has shifted to the quality of kindergarten education. In this context, combined with previous studies, this paper combs the concept of traditional Chinese education in kindergartens, and uses questionnaires to analyze the development of traditional Chinese education in kindergartens, the professional quality of kindergarten teachers and the support of educational conditions. It is found that there are three major problems in kindergarten Sinology education: Teachers' cognitive bias, imperfect teaching materials and formalism in the implementation of activities. The existing problems are mainly caused by the lack of teachers' professional quality, the lack of teacher training and the lack of relevant resources. In view of the problems and reasons, this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects: strengthening the cultivation of teachers' professional quality, developing teaching materials and humanistic support, so as to help preschool teachers better carry out the work of Chinese culture education,
