Part. 3

课程 Curriculum

本暑期学校项目包含与选定的知识产权主题相关的讲座、案例研究、模拟练习和小组讨论，旨在实现知识产权与其他学科知识的结合运用。

The program consists of lectures, case studies, simulation exercises and group discussions on selected IP topics, with an orientation towards the interface between IP and other disciplines.

该项目以英语授课，采用“问题导向”的培训方法。在为期11天的培训中，产权组织暑期学校注重理论与实践的结合、国际与国内问题的碰撞。研讨主题涵盖版权、专利、商标和数据等领域的前沿问题，重点关注国际知识产权法律体系的发展、知识产权管理与市场价值转化，以及产权组织在全球知识产权发展与治理中的积极作用。

The program is taught in English and adopts a "problem-oriented" training method. During the 11-day training, the WIPO Summer Program focuses on the combination of theory and practice, and the collision of international and domestic issues. The topics of the seminars cover cutting-edge issues in the fields of copyright, patents, trademarks and data, with emphasis on the development of the international intellectual property legal systems, intellectual property management and the transformation of market value, and the positive role of WIPO in the development and governance of global intellectual property.

完成课程要求的学员将获得结业证书。为获得结业证书，学员需要参加全部的课程，并积极参与讨论和项目，线上学员需保证摄像头始终处于打开状态。在申请之前，申请人应考虑参加暑期学校所需的承诺。

A certificate of participation is awarded to participants who successfully complete the program requirements.To receive a certificate of participation, participants will be expected to be present in all sessions and shall also actively take part in discussions and group projects. It is further expected from the participants who will connect remotely to switch their camera on for all the sessions of the Summer School. Before applying, applicants should consider the required commitment that is needed for their participation to the Summer School.

Part. 4

参与资格 Eligibility

产权组织暑期学校向来自任何研究领域或学科的本科生和研究生以及年轻的专业人士开放，共60个名额。该项目是为具有一定知识产权专业知识背景的申请者设计的。

The Summer School is available to 60 young students (graduate and postgraduate) and young professionals from any field of study or discipline. The program is tailored to individuals who already possess knowledge of IP.

请注意，在遴选过程中，将优先考虑已完成产权组织DL101课程的申请人。

Please note that priority will be given to individuals who have completed the WIPO distance learning General Course on Intellectual Property (DL 101)in the selection process.

Part. 5

授课形式 Format

本期产权组织-中国暑期学校将在成都线下和通过Zoom线上举办。

The WIPO-China Summer School in Sichuan University (SCU) will be held face-to-face in Chengdu and virtually by Zoom.

参加面授课程的学员需要自行承担往返成都的旅行、参加课程期间的住宿和生活费用。

For participants who wish to do in-person classes, they will be responsible for their own travel to and from Chengdu, accommodation and living expenses during their participation of the program.

Part. 6

保险与体检

Insurance and Medical Examination

根据中国教育部的规定，所有线下上课的学员都必须在中国购买医疗保险。保险的有效期必须包括往返行程和整个学习期间。

Participants in traditional classroom training are required to have medical insurance in China, covering the whole duration of study, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education of China.

每位学员须在抵达时出示健康证明。

They will also be required to present a medical certificate upon arrival.

取消政策 Cancellation Policy

如需取消，请在2024年8月25日之前取消，并尽快通知四川大学法学院。

Participants may cancel on or before August 25, 2024, and let Sichuan University Law School know as soon as they make such a decision.

Summer Schools on Intellectual Property

产权组织暑期学校为大学生和青年专业人员提供了更为深入了解知识产权知识的机会，了解知识产权如何能够作为工具促进可持续发展，以及产权组织在管理和提供全球知识产权服务方面所发挥的作用。

The WIPO Summer Schools provide an opportunity for university students and young professionals to acquire a deeper knowledge of IP, and how it can be used as a tool for sustainable development, as well as the role of WIPO in the administration and the provision of global IP services.

尽管有些暑期学校提供不同程度的知识产权某些领域的内容，所有暑期学校都有相同的课程安排、形式和持续时间。学员会接触到知识产权的各个方面，包括知识产权保护的国际特性以及知识产权与其它学科的相互关系。该计划采取了跨学科、以问题为导向的方法，包括以下形式：

All Summer Schools share a common curriculum, format and duration, though some offer different degrees of specialization in certain areas of IP. Participants are exposed to various aspects of IP, including the international nature of IP protection and the interface between IP and other disciplines.
